You are asked to find the 'intercept form' of the function. Do you know what that means? Did your teach mention it? Is it defined in your textbook?

What about "standard form" and "vertex form"?

Do you know what the x-intercepts are? Do you know what the vertex is?

(It seems clear to me that you are to assume that this a parabola, though apparently that is not given!)
