given distances, angles, find which kite is higher

I dont even know how to start this problem off!!.. Please help me!

Mike and Joe are flying kites on a windy spring day. Mike has released 250 ft of string and Joe has released 225 ft of string. The angle of Joes kite w/ the horizontal is 35 degrees. The angle that Joes kite string makes w/ the horizontal is 2 degrees.. which kite is higher and by how much?

2 degrees? Makes no sense...CHECK that!
And try to not use "kid talk" like w/ : not everyone is familiar with that jargon.
