Theorem 4.2.4 states that the opposite sides of a parallelogram are congruent. Restate this theorem as an "if-then" conditional. Next state and prove the converse of this theorem.

If the opposite sides of a quadrilateral are equaland parallel, then the quadriateral is a parallelogram.
