I’m having trouble understanding what is being asked here. Does that mean I need to first apply the law of sine to find PR?

Yes - use law of Sines.

The choice of two solutions come up here because

sin(x) = sin(180-x)

Your solution to the triangle seems to be correct, As far as how many solutions there are what do you know already? But I'm pretty sure there are two solutions as it can be an obtuse scalene.
