The vertices of triangle STU are S(4,0), T(-2,4), U(0,6). Graph triangle STU, then find the coordinates of the points of concurrency of triangle STU.
A. orthocenter
B. centroid
C. circumcenter

Ok graph the triangle; look up the definitions of orthocenter, centroid, and circumcenter and show us what you've done.

Ask your teacher (your mom or dad, since you're home-schooled) for some hints on how to approach this.

RE:Geometry

The circumcenter is found by finding the equations of the perpendicular
bisectors of two sides of the triangle and then setting those equations
equal to each other. You should be able to find the slope of each line and
then the perpendicular bisector's slope would be the negative reciprocal of
that. Use the midpoint of the line as the point. Then with a point and a
slope, you can form an equation.(Point-slope form) Then repeat this process
with another side. Then use those two equations to solve for x . Once x is
found, then using one of your equations, substitute in x to find y.
