Find the general term of sequence \(\displaystyle (x_{n})_{n\geq 1}\) , defined by the recurrence relation:
a) \(\displaystyle x_{n+2}=5x_{n+1}-6x_{n}, x_{1}= 3 , x_{2} = 7;\)

Where are you stuck?

Are you using the method that involves roots of a characteristic polynomial?
