Hello, So there were a few questions i had trouble on, and with your help i hope to master all the math i can handle and to become the smartest i can be.

How do i solve this?

I want to make sure i got this one right based on something i learned from the first assistance post i made.
Is the answer $17 ?
I did 400+15(200) divide by 200 = 3400/200=17

Ok so for this one i just redid on paper and wanted to make sure i am doing it right.
When i did it last time i multiplied by the full height of the flask.
This time: 0.33333 x 3.14 x 34 x 34 x 80 = 96795..... rounded to the nearest hundredths is answer c)96,800

I try to get assistance, but can only learn at the moment from the internet, so the quicker you guys can answer this and help me out the faster i can move forward, i am kinda at a standstill until i can understand everything i am having problems in.
How do i solve this?

360 ≤ 269 +h ≤ 380

360-269 ≤ 269 + h - 269 ≤ 380 -269

Multiply all sides by 4

360 ≤ 269 +h ≤ 380

360-269 ≤ 269 + h - 269 ≤ 380 -269

Thanks Subhotosh Khan, But why 4?
Is 4 the number i will want to use when dealing with any type of this problem, is 4 part of the formula to solve? Please tell me where you got the 4 from.
Is the 4 being multiplied because we reverse the division of 4? Or is the 4 coming out from the number of values in the parenthesis?

As for the first question goes.
I got a little closer to solving it, But im still stuck.
I ended up finding the volume of the amount that was not filled.
So i subtracted 80 from 117 witch gave me 37. Then i divided 37 by 117 multiplied by radius 68.
Am i supposed to subtract? From What?
If i do my the calculations to get the volume of the whole cone, i do 0.33333 x 3.14 x 34 x 34 x 117 = 141562...
The volume of the cylinder shape on top of the cone gave me 215
If i subtract im still way above answer (d).
Please help me understand to solve this problem.
