okay i got alittle stuck on this one

sinx/cot^2x + sinx/cos^2x

i dont know how to do that fancy math writing stuff you guys do on here but its sinx divided by cotangent squared x plus sinx divided by cos squared x.

i got to something like sinx * sin^2x/1-sinx - sinx/1-sin^2x

sorry if this is hard to understand. is that a program you use to put the math looking stuff on here. thanks for any help.

What were the instructions? What are you supposed to do with this expression? :?:

To learn how to use LaTeX, follow any of the LaTeX links in the "Forum Help" pull-down menu at the very top of every forum page. :D

Is your problem that above, or,

sinx/cot^2x - sinx/cos^2x ---> [a minus sign in the middle instead of plus sign ]
