Is "definitely ed" supposed to stand for "defined?"

Is your function meant to be \(\displaystyle \ \ \dfrac{3}{x} \ + \ 2 \ \ \ \ or \ \ \ \ \dfrac{3}{x + 2 } \ \)?

Set whatever you are dividing by equal to 0. Since you are dividing by x, you say x=0. Since you can NOT divide by 0,the answer will be x\(\displaystyle \neq\)0 or all real numbers except 0 or something else that just excludes 0.

In the future, can you please include the choices so we know what the form the choices are in?
