Hi I am having trouble with this problem. It states Let the function f(x) = 35 + x^2/9

If f (3n) = 12 n what is one possible value of n?

I would appreciate any help.

f(3n) = 35+(3n)²/9 = 35+n²
If that = 12n
35+n² = 12n
Which you can rearange into a standard quadratic and solve for n.
