function chart help!!!

I got this tell me if it is right please

y=f(x) =mx+b
x=0
f(x) =1 1=m*0+b b=1
y=f(x)=mx+1

x=1
f(x) =4 4=m*1+1
m=4-1=3
f(x) = 3x+1

You can check your answer by plugging in each x value and seeing if it agrees with f(x) in the table.

For instance, the table says when x=-2, f(x) = -5.

So let's plug x=-2 into your function:

f(-2) = 3(-2) + 1 = -5 so your function agrees with the table there.

You can be pedantic and do the same for each of the supplied x values.
