for finding eqn of circle i have m = -1/3, (16, -13)

for this problem..i'm getting two diff answers and i'm not sure which one is right.

for finding the equation of a circle i have

m=-1/3

soo

(16,-13)

y+13= -1/3x + 16/3

y=-1/3x+16/3

Or is it

y=-1/3x-23/3
