Hi I have a question I need help with I belive I have come to the correct solution for y but I dont understand the conditions part of the questions. Please can someone help

When we solve a differential equation, we have unknown constants in the answer. The initial conditions let us determine the value of the constants. It is as simple as that.
 
Do you understand that \(\displaystyle \frac{dy}{dx}= \frac{y}{4x}\) is the same as \(\displaystyle 4\frac{dy}{y}= \frac{dx}{x}\)? Can you integrate?
