do anyone know how to do the monthly mortgage payment formula?

PMT=175500 * 0.075/12 / 1-(1+0.075/12)-12(15)=1627

this math problem came from my math book titled"Thinking Mathematically" by Bitzer 3rd Edition Sec. 8.6 Ex.2 Page 441

I'm not sure if i have all the signs right.I have no clue where to begin
