Finding the value in 1

Good afternoon. can you verify my answer for the question: What is the value in 1.

It cannot be "e" because "e" equals 2.71828182.......so. the only logical choice I can think of is the value in 1 has to be 1.

Let ln(1) = y, then 1 = e^y, 1=e^0, 1 = 1, hence y = 0 so ln(1) = y = 0.

Perhaps you misread "ln 1" as "in 1".
