Finding the co-efficient of an expression

Hi, if i have an expression like :

(x^3 + x^4 + x^5 + x^6 + x^7) * (x^5 + x^6 + ... ) * (1 + x + x^2 + ... + x^10)then how can we find the co-efficient of x^m for some m ?Thanks.
