I'm having trouble working this problem. The question is:

Find the surface area of the planet Saturn, if the radius is 5.85 × 10^6. Give your answer in units of ft^2.

Also, the surface area of a sphere is given by 4pir^2.

Thanks!

So plug the radius into the formula.

Eliz.
