Finding some Shortcuts - the costant and power rules

Find the equations of the tangents to the graph of y=4x^3 that have a slope 3.

The other one that i am having difficulty with is

For y=0.75x^2, find the rate at which the value of y is changing when x=3.

where n belongs to real numbers
