How do I find these answers on a calculator?

p = e0.08 +0.03 *age/ 1+e 0.08 + 0.03 * age

where p = probability the tennis player will develop tennis elbow

a) Complete the following table:
Age Probability of developing tennis elbow
10 ?
20 ?
30 ?
40 ?
50 ?
60 ?
70 ?

Is this the expression, where A is for age:
\(\displaystyle \L
p(A) = \frac{{e^{0.08} + 0.03A}}{{1 + e^{0.08} + 0.03A}} ?\)

Please help, this assignment is due tonight!

The formula is P= e0.08+0.03(A)/ 1+ e0.08 +0.03(A)
My main problem is I do not know how to use my calculator to solve for e. I know you use the LN button to find the natural logarithm, but what do you press to find e? Please help!

Please answer the question I put to you above!
The point being that we cannot read you notation.
As you have written it, it makes no sense.
It the function as I have rewritten it?

please help!

yes that is the formula . so, how ould i solve e0.08+0.03*10/ 1+e0.08+0.03*10, the 10 being for 10 years old.

Actually, on you calculator there should be a feature in which you can define the function the way I have rewritten it. The instruction manual should guide you in this. So look into the manual for instructions.
You should get something like this:

enter 1, then press e^x button; you'll get 2.71828182....

Next time, enter e0.08 this way: e^(.08)
