Finding Population

As the governor of Illinois, you are contemplating on whether to call an election. You want one if you think more than half of the voters will vote for you. If you ask a sample of 120 people if they'd vote for you, how many people will need to say yes for you to want to call an election? Use ? = 0.015

I'm guessing that the hypothesis is this:
Ho: p (less than/equal to) 0.5
Ha: p (greater than) 0.5

But I'm not sure which method to use after. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

1) You should examine the laws of Illinois. This one seems a bit illegal.

2a) Will 60 cause you to Reject the Null Hypothesis? No!
2b) Will 61 cause you to Reject the Null Hypothesis? Not likely.
2c) Will 62 cause you to Reject the Null Hypothesis? Maybe.
2d) Will 63 cause you to Reject the Null Hypothesis? Maybe-er.
2e) Will 64 cause you to Reject the Null Hypothesis?
etc.

Was there an easier way? p-test, maybe?
