Got a headache from your diagram.
Only angles are labelled...pretty hard for us to refer to triangles and lines :shock:

Anyhoo...that "little triangle with angle d" has 2 equal sides, and top angle = 126 degrees;
so the other 2 angles are both 27 degrees; so with the similar right triangles that are displayed,
that makes the smaller angle of the LARGE right triangle = 27 degrees, the other defaulting to 63 degrees.

That's my take on your mess !!
