Finding Formula to Form a Graph

Hi all, I'm new in this forum and not sure whether this post should posted in this sub-forum or not. If not, please advise which sub-forum.

I just want to figure out to find out if i going to draw a graph as enclosed photo and use that formula to distribute my cost.
However, i'm not sure what kind of formula we can use to form such curve.
Please help.

Where did the graph come from? Without information about it, all you can do is guess. You haven't even shown the graph with any coordinates from which to guess?

It looks to me like a rational function with a horizontal asymptote and an oblique asymptote. But we can't be sure. And we have no idea what the graph might do beyond what is shown.
