Is it supposed to be equivalent to: f(x) = 1/[2 - log3(x+4)?

That is, is it supposed to be equivalent to \(\displaystyle \ f(x) \ = \ \dfrac{1}{ \ 2 \ - \ \log_3(x + 4) \ }?\)
