would sine of theta be -3 and cosine if theta be -4 or is sine of theta -3/5 and cosine of theta 4/5 because of the radius of 5??

The reference angle of Θ is in 3 rd. quadrant. So both cos(Θ) and sin(Θ) will have negative value. Remember that maximum absolute value of cosine or sine function is 1.
