finding an equation of a line - confused help =(

this is most likely super easy but


find an equation in standard form of the line containing point p and having slope m

p (2,1) m = 1

i know im suppose to use slope intercept form
y = m x + b

im just confused on how to plug in the numbers

would it be

1=-1(2) + b?

is this correct?

1=-2 + b

b=-2
