f = 4x + 5y, subject to
2x - 4y ≤ 10,
2x + y ≥ 15,
0 ≤ x ≤ 9,
0 ≤ y ≤ 5.

I would plot the lines, shade the appropriate areas and evaluate the function f at the vertices.
