I need to find the derivative of the following functions.

I need a step by step solution to help me with the following two problems, this way I can see where I am making my error.

By the way is there a site that gives directions on how to type out math problems, I want to be sure that I properly write out my problems to ensure that they are comprehendable.

y=-3 (8t-1)^1/2


h(z)= log(l + e^z) this is "e" raised to the z power not to the 2nd power
