Please show us your work, indicating exactly where you are stuck - so that we know where to begin to help you.
 
You might start by sketching the graphs of the two parabolas.
Consider a vertical rectangular slice of the area.
The length of that rectangle would be (x^2 + 5) - 6x^2 = 5 - 5x^2, sort of.
The area would be the integral of (5 - 5x^2) dx, from x = -1 to x = 1, or twice the integral from x = 0 to x = 1.
