Find standard form of the ellipse

I am seriously lost on finding the standard form of the ellipse. The problem is 9x^2+4y^2+18x-48y+117=0. after completing the square and going through all steps I keep getting (x+2)^2\31+(y-12)^2/31=1.... but I do not think I am right at all can someone please check and help me.

I got : (x + 1)^2/4 + (y - 6)^2/9 = 1
