Find num. of terms in product (u + v)(x + y)(u - v)(x - y)

Could someone please help me with this? I couldnt find any examples in the book.

Without actually finding the product, determine how many terms the simplified product has.

(u+v)(x+y)(u-v)(x-y)

Think (a+b)(a-b) produces two terms.
