What is the lenght of an arc intercepted by a central angle of 45 (degrees) in a circle with a radius of 1cm?

here is what i did:

*Edit* i cant seem to fit my formula i use in here :(

i know this probably aint even close to a good awnser. If you can give me the formula the brakedown and the awnser plz would really help.

The formula for the arc length is \(\displaystyle \L\\s=r{\theta}\)

Remember to change the 45 degrees to radians, otherwise, you'll get a wacky answer.

\(\displaystyle \L \phi = \frac{{\pi x^ \circ }}{{180^ \circ }}\quad \Rightarrow \quad \frac{{\pi 45^ \circ }}{{180^ \circ }} = \frac{\pi }{4}\)
