Hint:

You have a polynomial of 3rd degree. So the given polynomial will have 3-roots (including real, complex and repeated roots).

If the roots of a cubic equation are "a-d", "a", and "a+d" and the leading coefficient is 4 then the equation is of the form 4(x- (a- d))(x- a)(x- (a+ d)= 4(x- a)(x-a- d)(x-a+ d)= 0. Multiply that out and compare the coefficients to \(\displaystyle 4x^3- 12x+ 11x+ k= 0\).
