Find f(x + h) for f(x) = x^2 + 2x + 1

Hey guys i need some more help lol.

The instructions are as follows:

Find f(x+h) and simplify if necessary.

f(x) = x^2 + 2x + 1


Could i go with:


x+h+1
-------------------------
X+h+1

\text{then } f(x + h) = \left( {x + h} \right)^2 + 2\left( {x + h} \right) + 1 \\
\end{array}\)
Now expand and collect.
