What have you tried? Where are you stuck? You've drawn the angle in the third quadrant, you've drawn in your right triangle, you've labelled the x-side with "-24" and the y-side with "-7", you've used the Pythagorean Theorem to find the length of the hypotenuse, and... then what? All that's left is reading the trig function values off the triangle, using the ratios ("opposite over hypotenuse", etc) that you've memorized.
