The question is
Find the area between each curve and the x-axis for the given interval.

y=2x^2+x+1 from x=3 to x=6

I keep trying to figure it out, but I just can't do it...
I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

What equation (formula) you are trying to use - to find this area?
 
I'm trying to use the definate integral equation with the dx, but I don't know where to even begin. Can you show me how you would work this out?
