Optimization Problem. Please check my results!

The problem is as follows. The top and bottom margins of a page are each 1.5cm and the side margins are each 1cm. The area of the printed portion of the page must be 30cm². What are the dimensions of the page of least area that satisfies these criteria?

My answers came out to be:

x = sqrt(20)+2
y = (30*sqrt(20))/(20)+3
