That would depend heavily on how the listed variables relate to the parallelogram, if at all.

well, my stepson doesn't understand that either - I took geometry so long ago that I have no idea either. He is terribly confused.
 
Too bad there wasn't a picture for this exercise, or any other information regarding side lengths or angle values, or other instructions on the exercise that might have allowed for a solution. As it is, the exercise is unanswerable.
