Facuring between two cubes

I need help facturing 8m^2n^3-24mn^4? 8 is theGCF, but it wount factor out, I maybe think its answer is prime?

But if it was 8m^2n-24mn^4:
8m is common factor : .(8m)(1-3n^4)
