3x^2y-6xy^3+9x^3y-12xy^2

I can pull a 3xy out of each

=3xy(x^2-2y^2+3x^2-4y)

8x^2+2x-3

(4x+3)(2x-1)

8x^2-4x+6x-3
8x^2+2x-3 gets us back to the original problem

so the answer is (4x+3)(2x-1)

5w^2-25wzt+30z^2

I can pull a 5 out

=5(w^2-5wz+6z^2)

3x^2 y - 6xy^3 + 9x^3 y - 12xy^2

I can pull a 3xy out of each

=3xy(x^2-2y^2+3x^2-4y)

------------

Almost:

3xy(x - 2y^2 + 3x^2 - 4y)

=====================

8x^2+2x-3

(4x+3)(2x-1)

8x^2-4x+6x-3
8x^2+2x-3 gets us back to the original problem

so the answer is (4x+3)(2x-1)

Yes!

===========

5w^2-25wzt+30z^2

I can pull a 5 out

=5(w^2-5wz+6z^2)

------------

You can factor the expression in the parentheses:

= 5 (w - 2z) (w - 3z)
