Extra credit help

Hey guys I know your not supposed to ask alot about homewrok and stuff up here but I have some extra credit to turn in and this could determine wether or not I pass geometry for this semester. Trust me I have tried these problems over and over again but to tell the truth I'm just not that smart. So I was wondering if I scanned the homework could you guys help me out with it?

What is your question? The sheet walks you throught the process of finding the equation of the circle, which question is giving you problems?

Look up: point-slope form for the equation of a line

This is extra credit...think of this as an independent research project.

This is EXTRA CREDIT.....you're supposed to do it yourself!!

Hardly seems fair that you should get credit for something you ask us to do for you.
