I'm in a business where we enroll new "consultants". I'm trying to put together a graph that shows the the number of "consultants" that would come into my organization after a year. Basically, if I were to enroll 1 new consultant each month, and the new consultants that enroll each month do the same, how many consultants would be in the organization after 12 months? And how could I show this in a graph?

It is just 12 months - I'll compute month by month

Code:
Month....................#consultants
1 1
2 3...................1+1+1
3 7...................1+3+3
4 15..................1+7+7
5 31..................1+15+15
continue

Now you can either "brute-force" table or see a pattern and utilize it for # of consultants at 12 month.

And how could I show this in a graph?

You have two variables - what are those?

Thanks for the response! I guess I really don't need a "graph", really a chart that's just a visual aid. I see the pattern and can continue the calcualtion. It appears that the number of consultants is simply doubled plus "1"; with the personally enrolled consultant as the "1". Thanks again!

From my calculations, after 12 months there will be 4,095 consultants in my organization. I receive a $7.50 monthly commision for each personally enrolled consultant & $2.50 for each team enrolled consultant. The 13th month, my monthly residual income totals $10,297.50 (or $123,570/year)!!! Not too shabby! Thanks again!!!

You'll earn all that, yet you go to a FREE site for help...I'd be ashamed

LOL! I don't earn it yet...that's why I came to a free site for help! I'm only 1 month into this 12 month plan...

Exactly!

No later than noting the quote marks in the original post (above), did I start thinking "scam".

I understand your concern guys & I really appreciate it! But a scam this is NOT! As a matter of fact, I've already made money. It is MLM tho. My uncle is founder of the company and knowing him I can vouch for his character as a devout man of God. The company he previously marketed for "adjusted" their compensation plan and he left because it wasn't fair; promises were broken. He was their top income earner (@ 1.2 mil/year) and walked away from that! Integrity! He created this company to glorify God; it's actually one of our 3 core principles. Thanks again for the concern because it is appreciated. But I've found a vehicle that I can drive to my financial success!
