Doesn't there seem like some information is missing?

No. Simply apply the definition of "exponential growth", using the given growth-rate information and the fact that 16 = 2<sup>4</sup>.

What does it mean for growth to be exponential? (Hint: A fixed doubling time.)

If the doubling time is two days, then what is the quadrupling time? (Hint: Double double.)

How many days, then, to be sixteen times as large?
