My hope for you is that you posted your exercise on the wrong board.
W(0) is function notation for the value of W when t = 0.
We calculate this value by substituting the number 0 for the symbol t in the algebraic definition for W, and doing the arithmetic.
W(0) = 60 - 30 * e^(-0.5*0)
That's 30.
We calculate the values of W(1), W(4), and W(6) the same way. Evaluate W for t = 1, 4, and 6, respectively.
