Could someone, over two seperate text posts tell me the differences between:
1. y=a×log(b(x+c))+d and y=a×log(bx+c)+d.
2.y=a×e^(b(x-c))+d and y=a×e^(bx-c)+d

Please use my notation.

Looks like you are using " × " to indicate multiplication.

In this forum, we use " * " to indicate multiplication.

Using " * " to indicate multiplication - please edit your post.

In addition,

Please tell us what do you mean by difference - one interpretation of "difference" is "subtraction" (e.g. what is the difference between 7 and 5?).

What are your thoughts?

Please share your work with us ...even if you know it is wrong

If you are stuck at the beginning tell us and we'll start with the definitions.

You need to read the rules of this forum. Please read the post titled "Read before Posting" at the following URL:

(b(x+c)) is not equal to bx+c
(b(x-c)) is not bx-c.
Now go and repost as requested if you still need help.
