Expense Allocation Problem

Need help doing a weighted allocation of materials expenses into 9 different program locations.

The expenses total $19,000. They need to be allocated because each of the programs use the same central materials, but for varied amounts of time.

The programs takes place in 9 different places, each of which runs for a different amount of weeks. So I'd like help figuring out how much should be allocated to each program based on how much time they used the materials (and I'd love to see the formula for how you calculate it!):

Program A: 10 weeks
Program B: 10 weeks
Program C: 8 weeks
Program D: 6 weeks
Program E: 6 weeks
Program F: 4 weeks
Program G: 4 weeks
Program H: 4 weeks
Program I: 4 weeks
