Every 11th cup (how many, out of 170,213 cups?)

I'm trying to work out how many 11th cups there are out of 170,213 cups, in order to work out how much it would cost a shop to give every 11th cup of coffee free.

I would be grateful for any help with this.

Suppose there were 50 cups to sell and every tenth cup will be given away (starting with first cup).

How many cups will be given away?
