If you have done (e), then you have an expression for f(x+h).
So now subtract f(x) from that (you may need to expand first) and simplify.
The denominator can be simplified very easily.
Can you cancel any common factors?

The best thing you can do here is to show us your work as far as you have attempted it (including, as Harry said, your answer to part (e)). The distributive property will be very important.
