Let's see....6 5/7 quarts of oil is about 7 quarts.

For 300 servings, then, you'd need about 7 quarts of oil. How many groups of 300 servings would it take to serve 1500 people? If it takes about 7 quarts of oil for each group of 300 servings, how much oil would it take in all?

So i would need to mutiply 7 x 5 which would be 35 quarts . Please let me know if I did this correctley my daughter is in the 5th grade and she is getting to do accerlerated math so she get pratice sheet to work on on her own pace sometime I don't remember how to do a problem.But at the end of the year she will take a test if she passes she will skip 6th grade math so I want to thank you.

I agree with your answer. The amount of oil needed for 1500 servings should be ABOUT 35 quarts.
