That would depend on what the braces mean.

If it is intended to be a linear function, you could think on the "Slope-intercept" idea.

Do you know how to plot

y = |x| → y = 3*|x| → y = 3*|x| + 6

If x<0 then {x} = -x So f(x)= -3x+6
