for the work i did:
y+5= -2/9(x-10)
y+5= -2/9x-20
y=-2/9-25 <--answer

-45 = -2(10) + 9b
-45 = -20 +9b
b = -25/9

Therefore, y = (-2/9)x - 25/9 = (-2x - 25)/9
